Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Long journey to Hyde Park, please only book if you have been riding more then10 miles at a steady pace. There will be a stop at halfway point and then as always a non stop return.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning and serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. A Good Bike lock just in case we stop somewhere for a coffee and cake.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather including a Helmet. Hydrations drinks and snacks to replenish energy levels.
