Flying Colours Summer Ride - Trinity Wharf & Victoria Docks

Along Newham Greenway and to Trinity Wharf (Buoys), moving onto Victoria Docks for lunch before returning through Beckton Park etc towards the Greenway, back to QEOP. Experienced riders only as it roads and mixed terrain.

We are likely to go on some roads with traffic, quiet roads where possible.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, sun cream, water for hydration if required. Bike lock for when we stop for refreshments - coffee and cake.

A hybrid/road bike is recommended. Check that your bike is fully functioning or have it serviced by a qualified mechanic. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a small pump, spare inner tube, levers, bike tool to release your tyre for possible puncture repair.
