A fairly gentle ride (the only real hill is from Taffs Well up to Caerphilly, all on the Taff Trail). We'll be starting from the car park located near to Forest Farm , the one with the giant wood carving . All the way up the Taff Trail to Caerphilly, a brief stop outside the Castle and then return back via the bottom Taff Trail passing Nantgarw China Works and stopping off at the Plan 2 Ride Cafe in Tongwynlais .
The Serious Bit - Helmets not compulsory except for under 18's. Riders take part at their own risk. No one gets left behind and I haven't lost anyone - yet !
