Starting point

PR3 3JL

Side of the Co-op Berry Lane, Longridge.

A 40 mile scenic loop starting in Longridge. Leaving Longridge we head out to Scorton, A nice ride unto itself and the first coffee stop of the day. Which will be rode at a sensible steady pace as not to be spent before hitting the gradients. We shall then we continue on our journey picking up Long Lane as we make our way into the hills onwards to Trough Road as we ride through some of Lancashires finest cycling roads and scenery. Dunsop Bridge will be another chance for a well earned coffee before heading back to Longridge. One and a half hours has been allotted for two cafe stops and any unfortunate puncture repairs. So there should be adequate time to complete the ride and be back on or before the eta 4pm Estimating an overall average of 10mph though speeds will vary reflecting the terrain covered.
