We will meet at David's Kitchen and will travel a short distance on the road to join the John Muir Way. We will cycle to Blackness and Abercorn along the Forth with great views along the way. We will then take our time going up the hill and admiring the views on the way up towards Philpstoun where we will join the canal along to the Park Bistro. We will then travel back to Bo'ness via the back roads.
