Join us in the Fourteen locks visitor centre car park to set off at 10:00 after a quick bike check

We will follow the canal and cycle paths out to the beautiful Sirhowy Valley Country park where we will stop for drinks and snacks before retracing our wheel tracks back to Newport. Bring a fiver if you'd like to support Angela Morgan with her fundraising for Women v Cancer. She has a fabulous raffle for a balloon ride, just pick a number from the board, pay your £5 and you never know you might be the winner!

There is no cafe on this ride so please be sure to bring drinks and snacks with you

If you have one please bring a bike lock.

For all rides please ensure that your brakes are functional and that your wheels are turning freely, tyres should be firm enough that you can't dimple them with your thumb.

To ensure everyone's safety we will do a quick bike check before we set off at 10:00
