A route north west from Framlingham through Worlingworth, Eye, and Thornham Parva before a cafe stop at the Angel Cafe at Fair Green, Diss (bring cash / card for refreshments).

Returning via Hoxne, Stradbroke, and Dennington.

Roads are rural and generally quiet with light traffic expected but busier around Diss.

Expected pace approx. 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, or alternatives for tubeless tyres as necessary for punctures. A multi-tool is always useful for running maintenance. Assistance will be given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle, and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
