This ride will start in the car park outside the Windmill pub in Freshbrook.
We will cross the Great Western Way and cycle through the Blagrove business estate before picking up the cycle way which will take us to the Mannington retail park.
We cross the main road and cycle through the Bridgemead estate to join Paddington Drive and then cross towards Mead Way.
Taking the cycle way on our right, we head towards the B&Q store before passing under the railway line and then cross into Iffley Road.
From there, we follow a mixture of cycleways and quiet road to take us to Akers Way by St Marys church.
It is then a short ride to the Moredon Sporting Hub where we stop for refreshments.
After our break, we head towards Hreod Nova and climb the short hill to rejoin Akers Way.
There is then a short diversion through a quiet housing estate before picking up the cycle way back towards Westmead.
From there, we follow cycleways to take us up onto Shaw Ridge and along to Hay Lane before finishing in Grange Park, close to Lumley Close.
