Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
Starting point
Meet by St Mary's Church in Clifton-upon-Dunsmore. There is a small free to park car park adjacent to the church.
Join me for a 38 mile hilly ride with a, longer than usual, stop at the 20 mile mark at Foxton Locks for lunch with some entertainment in the form of live jazz.
We will aim to leave Foxton, for the return journey of 18 miles, by around 2pm so expecting to be back by 3.30pm
Will aim to average a speed 13-14mph.
Please bring some money and a bike lock as well as your helmet, spare inner tube etc.
