* While cycling, please maintain social distancing of a minimum of 1 metre 'head to head' from each other.
When we off the bikes or stopped, please keep 2m away from each other and members of the public, where it is safe to do so, especially when stopping at junctions, crossings, hazards.
* Please avoid touching others' bikes, or sharing anything, eg food, spares, money (ideally bring a card).

The ride:
This ride takes us from Forest Farm Country park to the Bay and over the barrage.
Flat and almost all on a cycle trail, with a few sections on-road, this is a pretty and interesting route following the River Taff.
We'll go from Grangetown to Pont y Werin into Penarth before crossing the barrage.
We'll stop in the Bay, most likely at Coffi & Co in the Bay where you can buy a drink and snack if you want, or bring your own. (You may want to download the Coffi&Co app as their ordering is online).
We'll be outdoors at all times.
Along the Taff Trail into Cardiff and back - come on a Nextbike if you like (there's a stand in Radyr).
Meet at Radyr railway station near the ticket office.
Mainly traffic free along the Taff Trail into Cardiff and back
Cafe stop in the city centre
Helmets advised
First-timers welcome!
