**** This Breeze bike ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader. To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, I also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate. ****
This is an off road ride in the Gwydir forest starting at the small car park next to LLyn Sarnau Gwydir Forest (next to Nant BH outdoor Centre) . We will ride a few loops of forest track, with a couple of easy single track sections. The ride is suitable for gravel bikes.
There are some climbs on this ride but we will try not to loose too much height
The route is mainly forest track with an optional short section of single track. There may be one or two sections which are rocky, muddy or with wet leaves. .
We will visit a cafe for coffee and cake at the end of the ride
Helmets and gloves must be worn and warm clothing with a waterproof jacket. Glasses are recommended. This ride is suitable for those new to off road riding
