For the second of our F4F Bank Holiday Monday rides we will be travelling along quite country roads. All our current F4F members are welcome this includes our E-bike riding members with a fully charged battery and fitted with hybrid tyres.

We will be continuing to include outdoor socially distanced drinks & snack breaks along the way with those great views.

Road bikes with slick tyres are included on this bank holiday ride.

We always travel at the slowest rider's pace with support and encouragement from within our group so no one is ever left behind. This is to enhances our enjoyment of leisurely cycling within the safety of our group. So this is not a ride for you if you require speed or are trying to beat your personal best on Strava!
All riders are now required to provide their own cycle repair equipment to comply with British cycling's self-sufficient rules. So you will need to make sure you are as self-sufficient as possible on the ride, to avoid sharing tools if any repairs are needed to your bike.
You will need to bring with you & carry your own repair kit as well as know how to use them.
A spare inner tube that fits your bike, set of tyre levers and hand pump are the minimum.

You will also need to bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work best, a waterproof jacket, (as the weather can change quickly along our routes), a cold drink or small flask for along the way & snacks for our "alfresco stops" if needed. We will have the opportunity to buy cake and coffee at Watchtrees café at the end of the ride, so some money or a contactless card and a mask will be needed to buy refreshments.

Please do not attend the ride if you have Covid symptoms, have someone in your household who does or if you have tested positive on a recent Covid test.
Any concerns or questions you may have just message the ride leader on the conversation tab below.
