Fylde - Le Tour de Fylde - 31 miler

This route will take you to the very edge of Lancashire on the quiet roads of St. Michael’s and the Fylde.

The first half of the route is mainly flat as it travels through rural farming land on its way out to Knott End on Sea.  There are plenty of opportunities to watch boats bobbing on the sea and ferries on their way out to Fleetwood while stopping for a brew and refuel at the Knott End Café.  On a clear day, from the slip way at Knott end you can see the dramatic Lakeland Mountains in the distance.

The route then winds its way down to Hambleton using some slightly busier roads before once again picking up the quieter rural roads on its way back to Bilsborrow.
