14km of the ride is on Lon Eifon, the cycle path. Then there is a quick kilometer on the road to get to the Goat Inn. The cycle path climbs slightly on the way out. Coming back we do the route in reverse. That's when you notice how it's downhill all the way back to Llanwnda.
