This will be an easygoing ride aimed at people getting back into biking, suitable for those who haven't been on their bike for a while and need to build up confidence and fitness. It will be on cycle tracks and approximately 4 miles at a easygoing pace. Nobody is left behind as we go at the pace of the slowest rider.
If bringing your own bike please ensure you arrive at 10.45 so we can carry out a bike check. If you wish to hire a bike please arrive at 10.30am.
Please ensure your bike is roadworthy, with working brakes and tyres pumped up and also please bring a spare inner tube. However there will be an opportunity to use a track pump at the Cycle Hub and to purchase inner tubes if you need to. A helmet is advised.
