MK Cultural Routes - Shenleys

This is one of the most varied Cultural Ride in the series, exploring four lakes, scenic villages, an ancient castle, and a green valley. We should be back around 12.30.

Along Cycle Routes and quiet local roads this ride is suitable for beginners and youngsters. The route is mainly flat but does have a couple of hills. We'll take these very gently. We travel at the speed of the slowest person and never leave anyone behind. We stop occasinally to look at places of local interest. You should be aware that there is a long gradient between Loghton and Shenley Toot. It's not too steep but it is quite long. This should be taken into account if you have very small children.

Note that to avoid charges at the Premier Inn Car Park you need go into the pub to log your car registration. The approach road, however, is free.
