Each ride will cover 4-16 miles depending on the ability and fitness of the riders who turn up. These rides will contain a small amount of informal training and advice when required and will help to boost the confidence of participants. No rider will be left behind. Participants must be over 18 years of age and able to ride a bike. Family rides and cycle training are also available via Milton Keynes Council's 'Get Cycling' programme and Bikeability Plus courses.
