DN2 5DW

This ride starts from Sandal park Cafe Car park DN2 5DW. Meeting at 10:15am with the ride departing at 10:30am. . The ride is about 20 miles starting from and returning to Sandal Park,

The route takes us through long sandal and along the canal bank to Barnby Dun. Heading out of Barnby dun we head through Thorpe in Balne and the quiet lanes out to the A19. after crossing the A19 we head for Sutton and on to our refreshment stop at the Boating lake Cafe at Askern Once suitably refreshed we will head along quiet lanes, Via moss back to Barnby dun and then retrace the outward route back to Sandal park. Rest stops can be taken as often as anyone needs and we always ride to the pace of our slowest participants. Make sure you wear your helmet (this is compulsory, if you have no helmet you wont be able to ride with us) and appropriate clothing for the weather (if you have any bright or hi-viz then wear that). As usual we do expect you to have ensured your bike is roadworthy and that you have carried out basic pre ride checks; you should also carry at least one spare inner tube, a pump, and tools to enable you to change a tube if necessary. Dont forget too to bring money for refreshments and a mobile 'phone.
