DY12 2LT

A circular route starting on the flat railway line, climbing steadily up towards the arboretum, crossing the forest, on a gently undulating track then descending back to the far end of the railway line and heading back toward the car park.

Bewdley Bike Week http://www.bewdleybikeweek.info is coming and it time to dust off that bike or get out and join in or mabe you decided to get a new bike and get cycling but are still feeling a bit daunted. This is a short gentle social undulating route in the forest. It isn't all flat - it has downs and ups but all very manageable. Children are welcome too.

All traffic free on hard packed and wide forestry trail. Some can be muddy after rain This ride is suitable for hybrids and road bikes but skinny racer tyre may struggle if it is muddy.

We don't have to cycle the route in a non-stop effort! The uphill sections are steady and can be walked! We can stop as often as is needed and go at the pace of the slowest rider.

Please remember to bring. A bike, a helmet, tyre levers, a pump, spare inner tubes, plenty of water, gloves, suitable clothing for the weather conditions.

We especially welcome newbies!
