Good F-ride-ay!

We will meet by the Summerhouse Cafe, just by the bridge, the other side of the river from the car park at Sophia Gardens.

Leaving Bute Park we'll head down to the bay and across the barrage before climbing over the Penarth wiggles and gliding down past the pier. We will head out into the lanes through Dinas Powys and Wenvoe, making a cafe stop at Dyffryn Gardens.

From there we'll continue to head south west through the lanes before heading back north to cross the A48 and back into familiar territory, cycling through Clawdd Coch and St-Brides-super-Ely and back into Cardiff through Pentrebane/Fairwater, heading to Llandaff Cathedral before going back into Bute Park to finish at the Summerhouse Cafe.

Please come prepared for some possible rain showers along the way.
