A guided ride starting from the free Goss Moor East car park, the one by the level crossing. Gentle start across to Roche and past Cornwall Services and onto Ruthernbridge and then joining the Camel Trail back towards Bodmin but then cut off to Wenford Bridge. Then onto Cardinham with a stop at Fletchers Bridge. Then a familiar route back via Lanivet and Roche. Adults only.
Helmet a must, capability to fix a puncture and clothing to suit the forecast on the day.
