Starting from - Meet at Messingham Showground, Holme Lane, Messingham, DN17 3SG. Please ensure you have a spare inner tube that fits your bike and a working pump. Helmets are recommended and essential for any riders age 16 or under. You will no doubt want to bring some cash for the coffee / ice cream stop. A fairly flat circular route from Messingham taking in the Trent bank, a picturesque route through Laughton Forest and a coffee and cake stop at Blyton Ice cream Parlour, renowned for its home made ice cream and fabulous cakes! Suitably refreshed you'll head via Northorpe and Scotton then east and then north, passing some of the turf fields that have provided turf for the Wembley Stadium and back to the starting point in Messingham.
