We head up out of Berkhamsted and onto quiet lanes, skirting around Tring and stopping for coffee at College Lake.
You should be confident riding 20 miles at 8-10 mph and be able to tackle a few hills.
Nobody will be left behind. Dress for the weather.
Bring a lock for your bike, spare inner tube and pump. Cash for coffee.
