About the route
Starting point
Opposite the Farrier Pub at the entrance gate to the canal. Just past the bridge of the A1 on Harlaxton Road.
Social ride for all abilities along the Grantham Canal Towpath to Muston.
Tea (and cake!) at The Old Forge Tea Rooms in Muston and then cycle back home.
This is a social ride and no one gets left behind. If you want to stop to take a photo, catch your breath or any other reason we will do that :) We always go at the speed of the slowest rider....roughly about an hour there and about an hour back.
The route is very beautiful and a must for nature lovers. If you want to bring a trailer or tag-along there should be no problem with accessibility.
