Suitable for people wanting to try out group riding with us. As such it will be done at a relaxed easy pace, on a safe route, using cycle lanes, quiet roads and country lanes as much as possible.
The ride is for adults 18+ only.
Please, ware suitable for the weather clothing and don't forget to apply your Sun cream.
Wearing helmets is not compulsory, but highly recommended.
Have plenty of water with you to keep hydrated.
Please, make sure you bike is in the road worthy condition and bring a spare inner tube that fits your tyres.
