Griff's led Ladies Group Road Ride is back for 2016
Tuesday nights at 6pm from the shop. (Note the new night)
Average speed 12-15mph - around 16 miles of riding.
Suitable for road bikes or cyclocross bikes with road tyres
Led by a British Cycling coach and qualified ride leader .
This is a "no drop" ride - no one gets left behind and pace is controlled.
