We will be riding on some town and rural roads with some traffic and traffic free coastal park.
We will be stopping at Quex Park for refreshments mid ride.
helmets are compulsory on my rides. Please bring pump, inner tube and tools for changing tubes if necessary. Remember any essential medication, fluids, snacks you rely upon during a ride, cash/card for the refreshment stop. Dress for the weather. layering is best.
