This Northamptonshire Guided Rides ride is open for anyone to join

Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

We will leave Rothersthorpe, heading from the Village Hall, Church Street onto North Street up to Blisworth Arm.
We will slowly head up hill to the Gayton Road through to Gayton Village.
At the cross roads we turn left and continue towards Dalscote on the Eastcote Road.
Heading along the Banbury Lane we will head across the A5 to Blakesley.

From Blakesley we head south to Abthorpe to Silverstone and on to Whittlebury.

We cross back over the A5 at Heathencote, just south of Towcester and head east towards Shutlanger and Stoke Bruerne. We turn right onto Stoke Road and head north to Blisworth then the home stretch back to Rothersthorpe.
This is a 28 mile circular route from Rothersthorpe to Silverstone designed for budding cyclists wishing to gain more road riding experience.

We will be riding 100% on road including country lanes and B roads.

We will make any stops needed during the ride.

Please bring a serviceable bike suitable for road riding, (Road Bikes, commuter bike or hybrid with a road tyre) a helmet, a drink/snack and clothing suitable for the weather conditions.

We especially welcome newbies!
