Avenham Park

Starting in Avenham Park, this is a quiet, mainly flat route on mostly tarmac cycle paths around Preston, visiting some of Preston's beauty spots. In the main it is traffic free with any busy road crossings negotiated by cycle crossings.

We will stop for a short break at Final Whistle .The main Cafe stop planned for Starbucks or Brockholes. Please bring money if you want to make a purchase at the cafe. Please bring a snack and drink, suncream may be required. Helmets are advisable,dress for the weather. Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a puncture, it is advised not to share equipment.

This will be a safe ride, operating under current guidance for Covid 19.
Participants will have to provide their own PPE tissues and hand sanitiser and facemask.
