Hampton Court & Richmond Park

This is the second trip to Hampton Court for Breeze West London & Ealing, and our first Sunday ride. We will be meeting up with the Breeze Harrow group en route, so it will be a great day out to celebrate the summer holidays!

After making our way from Ealing down to Brentford using a mixture of quiet roads and canal towpath, we will rendez-vous with the Harrow group at Syon Park. We then follow the Thames Path to Richmond Bridge, and after crossing the river, we continue on through Ham, and then onto Hampton Court.

Turning back towards home, we stop for refreshments at the lovely Petersham Nursery Cafe before entering Richmond Park by the Ham Gate. A sharp climb to the top of the Park is rewarded with glorious views over the expansive green space of the Royal Park.

We descend into Richmond, where the Harrow group will leave us to catch the train home. We will follow quiet back streets down to Kew Bridge and back to Ealing.
