A circular route to the Happy Cafe via Crowle. A mainly flat ride with just a climb up to Flixborough at the end of the ride

Please bring puncture repair suitable for your bike, dress appropriate for the weather and bring money/card for the cafe stop.

Please have a quiet word with the ride leader if you have any medical needs or disability they need to be aware of at the start of the ride.

We will ride together, no one will be left behind.
