Circular route through villages south of Rutland Water, stopping off at the USAAF Memorial outside the WWIi airfield at Spanhoe and returning to the start at Normanton via Barrowden and Ketton

The route will be on mainly quiet country lanes and back roads

We will take a leisurely pedal along the route with the opportunity take in the views of the rolling countryside including the famous Harringworth viaduct We will stop for a few minutes at the USAAF Memorial outside Spanhoe airfield home furring WWII to the 315 Troop Carrier Group

Helmets are advisable also money or card for a coffee stop

We never leave anyone behind
