Harrow Cyclists to the Rusty Bike Cafe

This ride takes us south of the A40 to visit the Rusty Bike Cafe in Uxbridge, a project providing training for people with mental health problems in repairing and rebuilding bikes. They also have a very nice cafe, serving soups and toasties as well as hot drinks. We return on quiet roads and through parks via Ickenham and Eastcote. Don't forget a bike lock, water, money for the cafe and GLOVES! Please check your bike out beforehand, pump up the tyres and ensure the brakes work and the wheels spin freely.
