We leave Eccleston and make our way through Mawdesley ,Parbold, Newburgh and the outskirts of Ormskirk and then on to Burscough for our well earned cafe stop.
The return journey is through Mere Brow, Bretherton and Croston and back to Eccleston.
Around 900 feet in elevation most of the undulation is in the first half of the ride so have a good breakfast.
We will aim to keep the speed at 11-12 mph

A Lovely ride though the roads of West lancashire calling at Hugo,s cafe Burscough Wharf.

Although helmets are only recommended by law and not deemed to be essential, anyone not wearing a helmet will not be able to join the ride. Please be self-sufficient and arm yourself with spare inner tubes, bike levers and pump. Don’t forget your pennies for the café stop. Please ensure you bring along a drink for the ride. Also check you brakes and gears on your bike at least the night before.
