About the route: Circular route, a mixture of tracks, paths and road sections, we will try to the miss the muddy sections.

Please note there are several hill sections, 1800 ft of climb!

Tea room and toilets at the Bank View Spotty Café.

Please wear a helmet and bring some money for the café. Spare inner tubes and some tools are advisable.
