SA7 0AL

Swansea Vale Resource Centre, Tregof Village, Swansea (just off J44 of the M4)

Starting at Swansea Vale Resource Centre and heading to Clydach on the cycle path For a chat and warm up, then on the road through Trebanos to Pontardawe. Up a short sharp hill to Alltwen and back through Glais Lane which has rolling hills. We'll then tackle Glais Hill which is a bit of a steady slog before coming back down into Birchgrove. Option of back up Heol Las and down through Clydach if those hills aren't enough! It's the ideal way to try out some hills, get a bit of a workout and get used to hill gearing on your bike. Don't worry about pace - we wait for everyone and noone gets left behind. ROAD CONFIDENCE is essential for this ride as is water and a bike in good working order! Wrap up warm as winter is coming. Please note that there is parking but no other facilities at the Resource Centre (as its Sunday) but my look down the road is available should anyone need it :)
