Starting at the village hall we head for Buckle Street crossing the Tewkesbury road at Trafalgar Cross roads. Then a long descent through Custdean. There is a climb back up to the Tewkesbury road which we will cross again. We pass the lost village of Pinock and then after quite a few undulations we reach Farmcote and St Faiths Chapel. After another climb we reach the ancient Salt Way which provides some excellent views, on a good day you can see the Malverns and maybe even Wales. We can enjoy the flat Salt Way until we reach Roel Gate and then there is a fast decent towards Guiting Power. We can stop here for refreshments before we tackle Bemborough hill. from here it is a short ride back to the village.

Historic churches. Over the course of the year some rides will stop at some interesting churches in the locality. We will spend about 5 minutes depending on the interest of the group. There is usually a collection box inside if you wish to use it.

St Faith, Farmcote is a chapel built around Saxon and early Norman times. It has a Jacobean Oak pulpit and oak benches dating from 1597.

This route can be ridden in either direction.

A hilly circular route. This ride has plenty of climbs and some fast descents

Mostly rural roads with a street on Buckle Street.

Stopping at Guiting Power Village shop

Helmets are compulsory. Please bring a spare inner tube
