Total of 18.5 miles, 175 ft of ascent, but with the option of taking a longer way back if desired.
Please bring a serviceable bike (narrow tyred road bikes are not ideal), spare inner tube, dress appropriately and bring money/card for the cafe if you want to buy refreshments.
The route may change if circumstances dictate.
The route is described as steady, but we go at the pace of the slowest rider and do not leave anyone behind.
