Hyde Park - Santander Cycles Ride - 4 miler

The exclusive Santander Cycles guided rides are a fun way to explore the Capital on Transport for London’s cycle hire scheme. Great if you want to give Santander Cycles a go, build your confidence on quiet roads and parks or simply want to leave your own bike at home for the day. Santander Cycles will be provided free of charge for the duration of the ride. Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to pick up your bike. You must return your bike at the end of the ride. Please note, Santander Cycles are not suitable for chidlren under 14 years old. However, children are more than welcome to bring their own bikes to join in with the fun! Starting from Cumberland Gate (inside the park), you'll discover all the amazing sights Hyde Park has to offer. Riding mostly on tarmac paths you'll experience the fantasy that is the Peter Pan statue and the 900 year old hand-crafted tree stump called the Elvin Oak. If it's warm enough you can dip your feet in the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain before heading on your way. This is a flat, circular route with plenty for children and adults to see and is ideal for families or anyone who wants to boost their confidence on a bike all in the name of fun!
