over the river, up the hill to Middleton, Languor, down to Bolton Abbey, up to Embassy, then Barden, Burnsal and back down the other side of the rive (coffee at Bolton Abbey tea rooms) and back along the low road to Ikley. Car being fixed Friday so fingers crossed its done, if not might change to a route closer to Leeds
