No route planned, see who signs up and plan from there

Canal towpaths and cycle tracks,with some quiet roads to join them up.

A cafe/toilet stop around half way.more if required. Plenty of time to stop and chat.

As always I advise wearing a cycle helmet. A puncture repair kit, or spare innertube and tools. Suitable clothing for the weather on the day. A drink and snacks or money for the cafe stop.
