Canal towpaths and cycle tracks,with quite roads to join them up where necessary.

A cafe/ toilet stop around halfway. Plenty of time to chat and take photographs.

As always I would advise wearing a cycle helmet.Puncture repair kit and tools.suitable clothing for the weather on the day. A drink and snacks or money for the cafe, or bring your own drinks and snacks.
