No set route,see who signs up and plan from there
Canal towpaths and cycle tracks,with some quiet roads to join them up.
A cafe/toilet stop around half way.detours if necessary! Always time to stop and chat.
I would always advise wearing a cycle helmet. A puncture repair kit and tools.suitable clothing for the weather on the day.A drink and snacks or money for the cafe stop.
