A pleasant ride on canals and cycle tracks

No set route, see who signs up and go from there

Canal towpaths, cycle tracks and quiet roads to join them up.

A cafe/toilet stop around halfway, more if required. Plenty of time to chat.

I always recommend wearing a cycle helmet. Puncture repair kit and tools. Suitable clothing for the weather on the day. A drink and snacks or money for the cafe.
