Starting from - Meet by 9.15am at Knighton Railway Station car park for our usual checks, any introductions and to start ride for 9.30am. Parking is usually available here or in the approach road to it and toilet facilities in the town.

No special clothing is required, something bright makes us more visible to other road users.. Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
