International Womens Day Breeze Ride (Shorter Ride) from Camlad Barns with optional Yoga and refreshments afterwards

Meeting at Camlad Barns Nr Bishops Castle SY9 5JL @ 9.15am for introductions and basic bike check. Bike ride to start at 9.30am prompt.

Cycling on B Roads and country Lanes. A short section on the A489.

This is a gentle 11.5 mile route, we can have a break at any time to catch our breath whilst enjoying the views, no one will be left behind.

At the end of the ride to celebrate International Women's Day there is an optional Yoga class at Camlad Barn followed by refreshments. There will be a small charge of £5 each to cover the costs of the hire of Camlad Barn, pay for the Yoga Class and cover the refreshments costs. Please can you confirm to me when you book on if you wish to take part in the Yoga and refreshments.

Please bring a yoga matt with you (if you don't have one please let me know as Chloe has a few which can be borrowed for the class).

Refreshments - Homemade Cake made by Emma Richards. Tea/Coffee.

Please bring a well-maintained bike, helmet, spare inner tube and pump, money/donation for the yoga/refreshments if you wish to take part, water and any refreshment you might need on the ride.

Dress to be comfortable on your bike and to suit the current weather conditions. (Gloves/Bright Clothing advisable).
