International Women's Day Ride - Mellow Yellow

This is a MELLOW YELLOW ride aimed at novice riders, 7 - 8mph on a mostly traffic free route.

Let's celebrate International Women's Day with a short, flat, and gentle ride with other women along the seafront! If you want to know more about International Women's Day, here it is: https://www.internationalwomensday.com/

This is a beginners ride - nice and flat along the seafront, and mainly on cycle paths (with just a stretch of quiet road - Basin Road - alongside Shoreham Harbour).

We will start with introductions (so you know who else is in the group) then a quick bike check (to ensure everything is safe for yourself and the other riders). We will pause at Carat's Café on Southwick beach, next to Shoreham Locks and the wind turbines. Please come along with a story to tell of an inspirational woman who has influenced your life in some way.
