Intro to techy reds

Meeting at the Glyncorrwg mountain bike centre, we will then follow the cycle path to Glyncorrwg village and then take a short sharp climb to the start of the trail. The steep part of the climb is on a wide concrete path and easy to walk/push your bike up if needed but a quick easy route and if time we can do it twice. You will need a fair level of fitness and have red level trail experience, this trail has rocky sections and small rock steps and is a good stepping stone to techy red trails

Red graded trail centre trails which are rough and rocky in places with small rock steps.

Taking the easier route up on the fire road which will take around an hour, but we can take plenty of rest stops and enjoy the views.

Helmets mandatory knee and elbow pads strongly advised.

We never leave anyone behind
