Nice and straightforward ride to ease us into Autumn riding! Straight out and back along the Ystwyth/Rheidol Trails from Llanilar to Greggs on the industrial estate and back. Virtually traffic-free!

Please note that as this is a Community Group Ride, it is not a led ride, all participants are responsible for their own safety. But we stay together as a group and never leave anyone behind. We go at the pace of the slowest rider.

If your idea of a group ride is to stay at the front and go as fast as possible, then we are probably not the group for you. We cycle at a touring pace and rest at the top of climbs.


Helmets Essential

I always advise bright clothing and a front and rear light when cycling on the road.

Newcomers always welcome but please make sure you've recently cycled a similar distance and terrain.
