ISLE OF WIGHT CHALLENGE 2024 TRAINING

Join the Isle of Wight challenge 2024

This ride is aimed at those signed up to the Isle of Wight Mini Randonnée challenge on 5th May. However, those not doing the challenge are welcome to join.

We will be gradually increasing our mileage, with the aim of cycling the 55k route on the island.

For this ride, we'll cycle through the quiet back streets of Winnall onto the quiet country lanes through Easton. We'll stop to enjoy the impressive views of Avington House estate, followed by some lovely bits of river. We loop back through Itchen Abbas to Easton and return along the the scenic Long Walk with views back to Winchester and across the wheat fields. We will cycle at an easy pace and nobody will be left behind.

Please bring:
- Inner tube/ pump/ tyre levers for puncture repair - in the unlikely event that you do get a puncture we can help.
- A drink
